Admission Brochure for the "High-Level Postgraduate" Program of Chinese Government Scholarship at Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine for the Academic Year 2025/2026

中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目是中国教育部资助的全额奖学金项目，用于部分高校自主招收优秀国际学生来华学习。本项目旨在选拔具有优秀学科背景、专业能力及未来具有发展潜力的国际学生来我校攻读硕士和博士学位。根据教育部相关文件精神，陕西中医药大学制定了中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目招生申请办法，具体情况如下：

The"High-Level Postgraduate" Program of Chinese Government Scholarship is a full scholarship program funded by the Ministry of Education of China to select outstanding international students to study in China. The program aims to recruit international students with excellent academic backgrounds, professional skills, and development potential to study for master's and doctoral degrees at our university. According to relevant documents from the Ministry of Education, Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine has formulated the admission guidelines for "High-Level Postgraduate" Program of Chinese Government Scholarship. The specific details are as follows:

一、申请资格

1.申请人需为非中国籍公民，身体健康；

2. 品德良好，遵守中国法律、法规，尊重我国社会公德和风俗习惯；

3.具有学士学位或同等学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

4.未获得中国各级政府和院校设立的其他奖学金；

5. 授课专业均为中文授课，汉语水平原则上需达到《汉语水平考试》四级（HSK4）级；曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无需提供《汉语水平考试》（HSK）证明。

Ⅰ Application Qualifications

1.The applicant must be anon-Chinese citizen in good health.

2.The applicant should possess good moral character, abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and respect Chinese social ethics and customs.

3.The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications, with excellent academic performance and generally aged not exceeding 35 years.

4.The applicant must not have received other scholarships established by Chinese governments or institutions at any level.

5.All courses are conducted in Chinese. In principle, the applicant's Chinese language proficiency should reach the fourth level of HSK(level 4). Applicants who have previously obtained a degree from a Chinese university where Chinese was the language of instruction do not need to provide HSK certificate

二、资助类别、期限

1.资助类别：硕士研究生；

2.资助期限：3学年。

Ⅱ Types and Duration of Financial Support

1. Type of Financial Support: Master's Degree Candidates

1. 2.Duration of Financial Support: 3 academic years.

三、奖学金内容和标准

1.免交学费；

2.免交校内住宿费；

3.提供在华期间生活费（3000元/月）；

4.提供在华期间综合医疗保险。

以上免交内容和生活费均在奖学金资助范围内。

ⅢScholarship Content and Standards

1.Tuition fees are exempted

2.Dormitory fees on are exempted

3.Living expenses during the stay in China are provided (3,000 yuan per month)

4.Comprehensive medical insurance is provided during the stay in China

The exempted items mentioned above, as well as the living expenses, are all covered within the scope of the scholarship funding

四、申请流程

1.登录www.campuschina.org.选择“在线申请”，点击“学生注册”申请账号并填写信息；

2.申请类别B类，陕西中医药大学招生机构代码为10716；

3.上传申请材料扫描件后提交申请在线生成PDF报名表；

4.登录陕西中医药大学国际教育学院网址http://gjjyxy.sntcm.edu.cn/下载打印填写《陕西中医药大学外国留学生入学申请表》《研究生入学申请表》并签名；

5.申请攻读硕士研究生的同学自行联系陕西中医药大学导师，取得导师接收函；

6.将申请材料扫描件一并发送至陕西中医药大学国际教育学院邮箱；

7.申请材料初审通过后，请等待我校复试通知邮件；

8.学校进行审核评估并将预录取学生材料寄至留基委，留基委确定录取名单后，学校将向录取学生发放录取通知书及JW201表。

ⅣApplication Process

1.Visit www.campuschina.org, select "Online Application," click on "Student Registration" to apply for an account and fill in the required information

2.Select Application Category B. The admission institution code ofShaanxi University of Chinese Medicine'sis10716

3.Upload scanned copy of the application materials and submit thematerials to generate a PDF application form online.

4.Visit theSchool of International Education’s website at http://gjjyxy.sntcm.edu.cn/ to download,andfill out the "Enrollment Application Form for Foreign Students at Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine Form" and the "Graduate Enrollment Application Form"

5.Applicants should contact a supervisor at Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine directly to obtain a supervisor's acceptance letter

6.Send scanned copy of all application materials to the email address of theSchool of International Education

7.After the initial review of your application materials is approved, please wait for an email notification for a secondary interview from our university

8.The university will conduct a review and evaluation, and send the pre-admission materials of the students to the China Scholarship Council (CSC). After the CSC confirms the admission list, the university will issue letters of admission and JW201 forms to the admitted students.

五．申请材料

1.《陕西中医药大学外国留学生入学申请表》（需申请者本人签名）；

2.有效普通护照扫描件；

3.最高学历毕业证书复印件，如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明；

4.最高学历阶段成绩单复印件；

5.无犯罪证明（母语和经公证后的中文翻译件）；

6.《外国人体格检查表》复印件（检查结果有效期为6个月）；

7.有效汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩单复印件；

8.来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字，中文）；

9.两名教授或副教授（或相当职称人员）推荐信（中文或英文）；

11.自我介绍视频（横屏录制，录制语言：汉语）时长3-5分钟。

注：中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件（获得中国高校学历者除外）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不予返还。请将申请材料（PDF版）发送至国际教育学院邮箱，申请截止日期2025年2月10日。逾期、资料不全者不予受理。

Ⅴ Application Materials

1. Enrollment Application Form for Foreign Students at Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine(requires the applicant's signature)

2. A scanned copy of a valid ordinary passport

3. A copy of the highest degree diploma. If the applicant is currently enrolled in school, they must also submit a proof of enrollment issued by their current institution;

4. A copy of the transcript for the highest degree completed

5. A certificate of no criminal record (both in the original language and a notarized Chinese translation)

6. A copy of the Foreigner's Physical Examination Form (the validity of the examination results is 6 months)

7. A copy of a valid HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) score report

8. Study and Research Plan in China(no less than 800 words, in Chinese)

9. Letters of Recommendation from two professors or associate professors (or equivalent titles)(in Chinese or English)

11. Self-Introduction Video(recorded in landscape mode, in Chinese, with a duration of 3-5 minutes)

Note: Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be accompanied by a notarized translation in Chinese or English (except for those who have obtained a degree from a Chinese university). Application materials will not be returned, regardless of the admission result. Please submit the application materials (in PDF format) to the email ofSchool ofInternational Education. The application deadline is February 10 2025. Applications submitted after the deadline or with incomplete materials will not be accepted.
