一、学校简介

陕西中医药大学是陕西省人民政府与国家中医药管理局共建高校，国家“‘十四五’教育强国推进工程”建设高校，国家“一流专业”和陕西省“一流学科”建设高校。

陕西中医药大学的前身是1952年创建于西安的西北中医进修学校，1959年升格为陕西中医学院，1961年迁至古都咸阳，是陕西唯一一所培养高素质中医药人才的普通高等院校，是1978年中共中央56号文件确定的全国8所重点建设的中医院校之一，1978年招收培养硕士研究生，1981年成为全国首批硕士学位授予单位，2015年更名为陕西中医药大学。2021年成为陕西省人民政府、国家中医药管理局共建高校。2022年经教育部批准成为“中国中医药联合研究生院”成员单位，2024年成为博士学位授予单位。经过70多年的建设和发展，陕西中医药大学已成为一所以中医药专业为主体，中西医并重，医、理、工、文、管多学科专业相互支撑、交叉融合的医科类院校。

I. School Profile

Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine (SUCM) is a university jointly established by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NATCM). It is also a university designated for construction under the National "14th Five-Year Plan Education Powerhouse Advancement Project," and recognized for its "First-Class Majors" and Shaanxi Provincial "First-Class Disciplines."

SUCM traces its origins to the Northwest Chinese Medicine Advanced Study School founded in Xi'an in 1952. It was upgraded to Shaanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1959 and moved to the ancient city of Xianyang in 1961. As the only ordinary institution of higher learning in Shaanxi dedicated to cultivating high-quality talents in traditional Chinese medicine, SUCM was listed as one of the eight key Chinese medicine universities for construction by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in Document No. 56 in 1978. It began recruiting graduate students in 1978 and became one of the first master's degree-granting units in China in 1981. In 2015, it was renamed Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine. In 2021, it became a university jointly established by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the NATCM. In 2022, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to become a member of the "China Consortium of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate Schools." In 2024, it became a doctoral degree-granting unit. After more than 70 years of construction and development, SUCM has evolved into a medical university with traditional Chinese medicine as its mainstay, equal emphasis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and a multidisciplinary approach integrating medicine, science, engineering, liberal arts, and management.

ⅡEnrollment Majors

There are no restrictions on majors. Applications are accepted for all undergraduate majors offered by our university. For details, please refer to Annex 1.

2.Graduate major

There are no restrictions on majors. Applications are accepted for all the academic master's degree programs offered by our university. For details, please refer to Annex 2.

三、收费标准

1.学员来华往返旅费及在学校学习期间的食宿、交通、医疗费用一律自理。

3.保险费用：参照当年国家标准和指定保险公司标准，学历生为800元人民币/人/学年。

Medical Insurance Fee : 800 rmb/person/year

Every international student MUST buy medical insurance if they study in China.

四、入学条件及提供材料

（一）本科生

1.《陕西中医药大学外国留学生来华学习申请表》。

2.护照扫描件（护照须在递交申请之日起6个月内有效）。

3.最高学历证书和（或）学位证书扫描件，成绩单扫描件。

4. HSK四级证书扫描件。

5.无犯罪记录证明。

6.《外国人体格检查记录》。

7.经济证明。

8.学习计划（800字）。

9.电子照片：彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4:3，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式照片，以护照号码命名。

说明：如无语言证书且符合其他要求，需要先进入预科阶段学习

Undergraduate: Passport Copy, The Highest Diploma (copy); Academic Report (a notarized bachelor's degree certificate is required for pursuing a second degree); Foreigner Physical Examination Form, Original Notarial Certificate of Non-criminal Record and a Notarial Translation Version, Copy of HSK Certificate  (Band 4 or above)  or passing the Language Test organized by the university, Study Plan (800 words)

Note: If there is no language certificate but other requirements are met, you need to enter the preparatory stage of study first.

（二）硕士研究生

1.《陕西中医药大学外国留学生来华学习申请表》。

2.护照扫描件（护照须在递交申请之日起6个月内有效）。

3.最高学历证书和（或）学位证书扫描件，成绩单扫描件。

4. HSK五级证书扫描件，或通过学校组织的汉语水平入学考试。

5.无犯罪记录证明。

6.《外国人体格检查记录》。

7.经济担保证明（存款证明）。

8.学习计划（800字）。

9.需提供两位相关专业副教授及以上职称专家的推荐信。

10.电子照片：近期彩色2寸免冠证件照，白色背景无边框，头部占照片尺寸的2/3，照片尺寸不低于320*240像素，高宽比为4:3，大小为100-500KB，JPG格式照片，以护照号码命名。

Graduate: Passport Copy, Medical or Related Major Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree Certificate, Academic Report ( a notarial bachelor's degree certificate is required for pursuing a second degree), Foreigner Physical Examination Form, Original Notarial Certificate of Non-criminal Record and a Notarial Translation Version, Copy of HSK Certificate  (Band 5 or above)  or passing the Language Test organized by the university, Study Plan (800 words); Two Tutor Recommendation Letters.

五、申请办法及步骤

（一）申请者登录国际教育学院网站下载《陕西中医药大学外国留学生来华学习申请表》

Download International Students Application Form for Study in Shaannxi University of Chinese Medicine on School of International Education Website.

（二）申请者将以上入学申请材料扫描件于2025年4月15日前发送至招生邮箱

Fill in the application form and hand in the application material required to School of International Education by E-mail or mail before April 15th.

（三）国际教育学院向录取者寄发《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》

The Admission Notice and Visa Application Form for international students studying in China will be sent to the qualified applicants.

（四）录取者持《录取通知书》和《申请表》到中国驻外使（领）馆办理来华学习签证（X1）

The admitted students apply for Study Visa in Chinese Embassy with The Admission Notice and Visa Application Form(X1)

（五）录取者按《录取通知书》上指定的日期到陕西中医药大学国际教育学院报到

The admitted students need to register at the International Education Institute according to the date specified on the admission form.
